Bharat Dube
Bharat Dube was awarded an A.B. magna cum laude from Harvard in 1983, and a Juris Doctor from Duke Law in 1986. Prior to establishing SIPI, Bharat worked for WIPO in Geneva, before becoming a key member of the Richemont Litigation team (1990-2011). At Richemont, he was responsible for handling infringements for Cartier and Montblanc. Bharat serves on the Board of the Geneva-based NGO International Bridges to Justice.

Richard Gronback
Previously a reactor operator in the U.S. Navy, with a Computer Science degree from the University of Connecticut, Richard specialises in big data management and the development of cloud-based software applications. He is also the author of “The Eclipse Modelling Project, a Domain-Specific Language Toolkit.”

Nikhil Grover
Nikhil holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering and MBAs from Northwestern’s Kellogg School for Management and the IESE Business School. Prior to joining SIPI, Nikhil was an Assistant Manager in the Security Operations Division of Standard Chartered Singapore. He has served as the Director of Online Brand Protection for SIPI since 2014.

Arpan Banerjee
Arpan Banerjee holds an undergraduate law degree from the National University of Juridicial Sciences in Calcutta, India, and an LLM in Intellectual Property Law from King’s College London. Arpan began his career as an IP lawyer in India, advising leading global corporations (particularly in the luxury goods and telecommunications sectors) in both contentious and non-contentious matters. Arpan then moved on to academia, with stints at top-ranked universities in India, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia and Israel. Arpan has published widely, lectured around the world, and received several prestigious international grants and fellowships. Arpan is also a consultant with the Alliance for Creativity and Entertainment (ACE), the world’s leading anti-piracy organisation set up by the Motion Picture Association (MPA).
